Registration procedure
  1. Fill in the registration form (payment is not required at this stage)
  2. Madame Ivonne will confirm your registration and send you payment instructions (by Interac transfer)
    • Pair (couple) registrants will be confirmed in the days following receipt of the form
    • Single registrants (male or female) will be put on hold until June 9, 2023. They will then receive confirmation of their registration or be put on the waiting list, depending on availability.
  3. Only those who have paid the full registration fee will be considered officially registered.
Refund policy
  • If the event does not take place, participants will receive a full refund.
  • Full refund available upon request till June 9, 2023.
  • 75% refund between June 10 and June 23, 2023.
  • No refund after June 23, 2023.
  • Registrations are non-transferable to other participants
